Discussions were held on the basis of a paper presented by the President-Designate. The aim of these discussions was to provide input to the President-Designate with respect to her ongoing efforts to develop a draft Cartagena Action Plan as well as a draft review of the general status and operation of the Convention and a draft high level declaration.
